Tralala...

I was about to speak about sun, Spring that was about to come because of the last 3 days which really have been full of sun and we 'high' temperatures...but this morning the sun is shy, the sky is grey and I think it's going to rain again !
Anyway, let's speak about stitching and this time we're going to put aside our little furry fellows =D
Sometimes ago, I was unable to resist to a design from Tralala, which is called Miss Bobine.
I was sure I would make a needle book with it, and that I would send it at the other side of the world, but finally I kept it =D

We went and did some shopping this weekend and I found a box (initially a box for tea bags I think...) that I found perfect to store my buttons =D
I'll be able to store them by colour and not in the same bag as I used to do , being forced to have them all out when I need only one !
Super half spent his whole Sunday morning preparing it =D
He even added a ribbon with butterflies...
Last year, Nia offered me a box for my birthday, and I asked Hubby to try and find the same colours to have them side by side in my office ...I don't have a craftroom =(
The picture shows a very 'flashy' pink  but it's more pastel than this !
I'm very happy with this box !
I said beginning of the year that I would try and pamper myself  in 2013 =D
It's a good beginning....

Tralala designs are cute and they can be stitched very fast !
I have 4 little lambs from the same brand that I would like to stitch too (you will soon see that I'm in a lamb period =D, don't ask why !!)
My Easter exchange left on Monday, no secret partner this time, as soon as it has arrived in Germany I'll show you what I did
I hope Judith will love it
I also have small pieces to show you, but I need to sew before...maybe this afternoon !
See you very soon my sweet friends

  5. It's a beautiful design and a beautiful box - the two of you are very talented!
I think you need to tell me how you mounted the stitched piece on/in the box - I love the idea but I haven't a clue how to do it. :)

I'm blessed with my other half =D
He is so handy, much more than I am !!
Hubby glued my stitching on a thin cardboard he cut at the size of the glass and at the back he put some ribbon so that it can move. To prevent my stitches to be 'crushed' by the glass he also made a mount =)
If you want I can send you more pictures =)

Now he is really ok and I'm here to tell you how I've missed you and your amazing crafts! Oh, my good Lord! Just could find pretty things here and they had filled my eyes and my heart with beauty!
