A bientôt
xxx

Oops !
More than 2 weeks since I came here and show you anything... !!
Time passes by too quickly , everybody knows that !

I had some health problems, totally lost my motivation, had to concentrate on other things seeming more 'important' to me... but now that things seem to be better for me (I cross my fingers) , just after a sincere 'sorry' to you all... I can show you my ABC Winnie =)
I had to finish it for last Saturday, for the Christening of baby Noémie
With motivation or not it was the deadline and I reached the goal

The kit was furnished with an AIDA fabric, white but it seemed to me that the white a bit 'old' and the fabric was not pretty, I didn't like it !
I decided to change the fabric, and chose Zweigart, light cream coloured...and I don't know where I was when I cut it, but the final embroidery was square !!!
Impossible to find a square frame of course ! Even Ikea hadn't square frames of those dimensions !

But Super Hubby had a great idea, and once again he did help me in doing a very great job
We found a bigger rectangular frame (60x80cm), painted it in the colour Noémie's mum wanted (a very pale grey)  and he framed the embroidery with pictures of baby Noémie he had made,  added letters in fabric and stickers....

Very lovely
The parents were very happy with this frame, Mum does scrapbooking so she appreciated a lot
I'm happy this present pleased them, and also that my last big project (for the moment) is now finished =)

I didn't stitch a lot apart from this Winnie :(
Just made my ornament for the winter exchange on Margaret Sherry lovers blog, but I can't neither show you anything nor even tell you its destination because we have secret partners =)

I have to get my cruising speed back ...
If I don't  have any stitched piece to show you, I have some pictures of my vacations...still haven't done it ....
Thank you for the very kind mails I received (girls...you will recognise yourselves  =D)
And I hope to meet you here very soon

I think it's Parsley who spoke about this on her blog, indeed, it's always a real nightmare to frame the stitchings !!
Even if you don't change the fabric and make a mistake in cutting it =D
I'm very lucky with Super Half =D
I do my best to have mojo back, I have to be patient and I'm now working on small projects, sure it will help =)

I've been operated on 7 years ago, they left me half on my thyroid and I have no treatment...
But this poor little half has sometimes great difficulties to do everything and in Autumn it's more difficult it seems
I have an inflammation of this left half and it takes a long time to come to normal, but I feel really better now, I will take my needles back =D
