Je l'ai vraiment fait ???

Un an ??
A quelques jours près !!!
Difficile à croire et le temps est passé trop vite !
Beaucoup d'évènements, des bons , des mauvais, des très mauvais même...des aiguilles pas toujours très actives... une année 2014 en dent de scie et ...bref...
Me revoilà et nous sommes déjà presqu'en mai !
J'espère juste que vous ne m'aurez pas oubliée et que vous ne me tiendrez pas rigueur de cette trop longue absence :)

Le premier événement marquant de 2015 aura été fin mars, mon passage à la quarantaine :)

Célébration 'en cocon' avec uniquement mes parents, ma grand mère et marraine, parrain (avec tata biensur :D )
Pour marquer le coup j'ai fait appel à une cake designer proche d'ici et j'ai eu un gâteau vraiment spécial :)
Sur le thème de la broderie et de la couture, il était vraiment superbe et délicieux :)

La petite brique légo était pour rappeler l'anniversaire de Super Moitié qui, comme tous les ans, le fête la veille du mien :D
Super Moitié qui a encore frappé puisqu'en plus des superbes cadeaux que j'ai reçus, il m'avait préparé 40 paquets à ouvrir !!!

Le facteur m'a aussi apporté de très beaux paquets et des cartes, du Canada, des Pays Bas, du Portugal...
Une fois de plus j'ai été gâtée !

Pas de croix à moi pour ce retour, mais j’espère très vite revenir à la normale...
J'ai la chance d'avoir trouvé des collègues qui aiment bien ce que je fais et j'ai pu réaliser quelques créations pour elles....je vous montre bientôt ???
Et avec ça les pièces faites depuis mai l'année dernière !!!!

Did I really do it ?
ONE YEAR !! Almost...
I can't believe it ! Time went by sooooooo (or too) quickly !
After May, 2014 has been a bit 'strange' for me ! 
Good events, bad one, very bad one, I sank very low and the work to rise to the surface hasn't always been easy.
My life totally shifted and I had to adapt myself.

I hardly kept in touch with some of you, sporadically answering my emails :(
Anyway I'm back, or I'll try to be, mojo is here again, I missed too many things, I missed you all so much and right now I'm just hoping you haven't forgotten me and that you'll forgive me :)

My needles haven't always been very busy (even if ,when I look at the pictures I've done, it seems that sometimes they have been on fire !!) 

First important event of 2015 is that by the end of March, I turned 40 !
Ho my ! When I said time was flying away too quickly.
I wanted to celebrate it with my close cocoon and for that very special day only my parents, my Grand mother(s),  Godmother and Godfather (with Auntie) came.
I found a cake designer close to home and had a very special cake done :D

 

Wasn't it superb ?? With all those details so perfectly done.
Beautiful and delicious :D
Everything was edible !!
The little lego brick was for Hubby and , as usual hehehe, he has his birthday the day before mine :D

I have been spoiled rotten !!! 
Super Half even prepared me 40 small parcels to open :D
So lovely !!

Mister postman also brought some beautiful things in the mail box :D
Canada, Netherlands, Portugal...I've really been spoiled !

Gwladys la chouette

La journée d'hier a clôturé mon méga anniversaire =D
J'ai reçu le fameux 'bonbon' de Nia , la poste, n'ayant pas compris que c'était urgent, a mis plus de temps que prévu pour m’apporter le colis du Portugal...
Quoiqu'il en soit tout est arrivé à bon port et je sens l'impatience ...
Qu'y avait il dans le fameux bonbon....?? =D

 

 

D'abord un petit lapin de Pâques cousu par Nia et rempli de lavande de son jardin =D
Super mignon non ?? =)

Tout ce qui vient de Nia est toujours très tendre, et correspond parfaitement à son destinataire...
Sauf cette fois ci la lavande...la pauvre ne pouvait pas savoir que je ne supporte pas l'odeur =D
Mais l'attention est là...
Ensuite , c'est son homme qui m'a fait un cadeau !!!  Et pas des moindres...un très joli pendentif avec un papillon ... découpé au laser dans du bois ! c'est hyper fin, on dirait de la dentelle .... Nia m'a suggéré d'en faire un porte clefs ou quelque chose qui s'accroche...c'est vraiment très joli et je crois qu'avec un ruban ça restera un pendentif...

Même si le cerveau de l'affaire c'est Nia, c'est tout de même lui qui s'est collé à la découpe, et c'est très gentil.
Mais le bonbon était bien gros non ... il ne pouvait y avoir que ça =)
Non... en effet...un petit habitant était dans le bonbon, une habitante plus précisément...réalisée par Nia en mousse expansée , sa nouvelle marotte ...
Je vous présente donc Gwladys .... la chouette  =D

Les couleurs sont parfaites, la chouette est parfaite, et c'est de la même taille que le photophore d'Annette, c'est vous dire si elle est grande ! Sacré travail une fois de plus rien que pour moi !

Je reviens  très vite avec des petites croix, parce que pendant tout ce temps je n'ai pas chômé (enfin si mais bon, pas pareil...)  et j'ai au moins deux pièces à vous montrer que j'aime particulièrement...

I saw I have new followers...and I first want to welcome you here =)
Yesterday was the last day of my terrific birthday...terrific, don't know if the word is enough !
I finally received the famous candy sent by Nia 
Postmen didn't understand it was urgent and took more time than usual to deliver it !
But it sincerely worth the waiting !
So what was in the candy ??? =D

First her famous Easter bunny =)
So sweet...! Everything that comes from Nia is very sweet, amazingly made and perfect for its recipient 
Except maybe this time...with the lavender inside =) 
Poor Nia couldn't know I can't stand lavender .... hehehehe.... but the friendship that has been put in this little bunny is more important than anything and I love it anyway sweetie, a gift is a gift and always brings pleasure 
Then....an amazing nakelace came with the candy !
Look at this ! It looks like lace ! so tiny details, so beautiful 

 

Nia was the brain in this story (as often in our team here hehehehe, the brain..it's me =D)...but it's Rui who did it only for me with a laser cut machine...
Portuguese team did a great job don't you find ?? =D 
Thank you so much to you both for this little beauty, I really love it.
Then...you surely noticed that they were not in the candy...indeed...the candy had an inhabitant =)

F comme feutrine

Avant de continuer à dévoiler les cadeaux d'anniversaire reçus la semaine dernière...une toute petite création....
Une grille gratuite trouvée sur le même site que la dernière fois, ici, que je trouvais fraiche, et surtout parfaite pour un petit cadeau d'anniversaire à offrir à une amie brodeuse =D

Je l'ai terminée en tout petit livret à épingles, basé sur les dimensions de celui que m'avait offert Kate en début d'année...
Je ne le trouve pas 'très droit' , en plus la photo est floue... mais il est sympa quand même...espérons qu'il fera plaisir =)

Anniversaire encore donc...et parlons de ce paquet arrivé le jour même de mon anniversaire...
Plutôt d'abord un courrier de la poste mentionnant que le colis avait été détérioré au contrôle douanier mais finalement plus de peur que de mal et heureusement car  il aurait été bien dommage que cette petite merveille soit fichue !!
En provenance directe des Pays Bas, de chez Annette, j'ai reçu ce magnifique photophore

N'est ce pas qu'il est superbe =)
Du violet, des papillons...et un travail incroyable au niveau des détails !!
Quel boulot rien que pour moi ♥

J'ai déjà envoyé un million de merci à Annette, mais une fois encore, mille merci =D
J'adore cette petite beauté que je ne vais pas oser utiliser par peur de la faire cramer !!
C'est peut être difficile de se rendre compte en photo de ce que ça peut représenter, mais ça ne mesure pas plus de 11cm de haut !

Don't know what is your weather like my sweet friends, but here it is definitely not Spring !
Only 4° outside and a cold cold wind =(
Fortunately it is Spring inside...
First with this little stitching I made...
I found this freebie on the same blog as the other day, here, and found it perfect for a friend's birthday, as she is also a stitcher =)

I finished it as a small needle book, same size as the one Kate offered me beginning of the year.
I had in my stash this fabric , I bought it at the craft show in September and obviously...it was made for this chart !
I don't find it very 'straight' ! I made things that were prettier, but I hope it will bring frienship and smile to its recipient anyway =)

As we are speaking about birthdays... let's go on with mine =D
The very day of my birthday I received a parcel from the Netherlands. Or at first a mail from post office, saying that my parcel had been damaged during the customs control (!!!) , that it was flat, that they tried to do their best to re pack it...blah blah blah...and that I was expecting at the post office to have it !
I went to post office with a matchbox, ready to set the office into fire !
Fortunately,  there were no bones broken ! Happily ! Because it would have been a great pity that this little beauty was damaged !

Amazing isn't it ? It's full of tiny details. I can ensure you I made a happy dance that lasted long, and I think that the neighbourhood heard me shouting =)

As if it was not enough, Annette added a little parcel in the parcel for Super Hubby who often helps when I craft...
This adorable personalised mouse, that is almost smaller than the fairies !
When Hubby  helps  me again, you will see this mouse here around =)

He was very happy with his gift, and once again we both Danke U very much =D
I told you I had been spoiled !!!!
Over spoiled as it's not ending here ! I have other gifts to show you next week =)

Lapins de Pâques et cadeaux

J'espère que tout le monde à passé de bonnes fêtes de Pâques ...
Nous c'était parfait =)
Avant de vous montrer quelques photos de notre journée  à Oxford (c'était génial =D) j'avais fait des croix pour Pâques  ... mais juste un peu , par manque de temps....
Tout d'abord un petit lapin réalisé pour une 'amie' du groupe Facebook...

C'est une grille gratuite trouvée ici , et j'ai changé la jacinthe par un œuf de Pâques tout en respectant les fils préconisés, à l'origine, pour la fleur.
J'en ai fait un petit coussin.
Lapin, coussin...on prend les mêmes on recommence, j'avais fait une autre grille et le petit coussin est parti au Portugal , chez Marcinha suite au tirage au sort de l'autre jour =)
Une grille gratuite elle aussi, de chez Madame Chantilly.

Les photos des 2 pièces finies sont un peu plus bas =)
Mon anniversaire est tombé en même temps que Pâques cette année, et la boite aux lettres n'a pas arrêté de se remplir...encore hier...et j'ai des tas de jolies choses à vous montrer , mais je vais distiller, pour pouvoir mieux tout apprécier =)
Par ordre d'apparition dans l'arrivée du courrier, il y a eu Giovanna ...

Un joli paquet qui renfermait une très belle petite pochette en tissu avec un papillon au crochet =)
Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas dans la pochette il y avait 3 superbes épingles !

Merci beaucoup Giovanna pour ce très beau cadeau.
Le même jour c'est de Rita que j'ai reçu un paquet, j'avais tout gardé pour n'ouvrir que le 29 bien entendu =)
Les photos sont elles aussi un peu plus bas, mais entre la broche en scrap faite par Rita, la superbe carte elle aussi en scrap et une non moins superbe pochette de téléphone ...avec un papillon et réalisée à la main par une amie à elle...j'ai vraiment été gâtée =D

I hope everybody had a great Easter weekend, here , for sure we had !
Spring , or at least a kind of Spring because it is still very cold outside, made its return and it's very sunny.
Before writing a post about our trip in Oxford (which has been absolutely wonderful =D) , I have stitches to show, stitches I made for Easter. Only two small pieces as I didn't really find the time to make more :-/
The first is a freebie I found here. The original rabbit had a hyacinth in his hand , but I changed and made an Easter egg instead =)

The second one is a chart I found on Madame Chantilly website.
Bunny, Easter...and another little pillow.
Another little pillow that Marcinha won the other day when her name came out of the bowl =)

My birthday was the very same weekend =)
And I had a TERRIFIC one !! Really ! Not only with the trip to Oxford, but also with all the gifts that arrived in the letter box.
Some still arrived yesterday =)
I can't show everything in the same post... so I show you in order of appearance, hehehe =D
The day before my birthday 2 parcels arrived, but I only opened them on the 29th of course !
First, Giovanna....

A very pretty bag with inside 2 beauties ! 
A lovely case with a great crocheted butterfly on it and as if it was not enough, inside the case there were 3 superb pins ! How small and beautiful the flowers are ! Amazing !
I absolutely love my gifts sweet Giovanna, and once again I send you thousands of thank you. You always find such gorgeous things.
The second parcel the very  same day was from Rita. 
Here again, I've been spoiled !
Hubby took charge of the chocolates, and  I had the other gifts =)

Rita made me this beautiful brooch in scrapbooking, and the other gift was a great phone case with a butterfly on it , that a friend of hers made ! 
Isn't it beautiful ?? I so love it.
Thank you again sweetie for these wonderful gifts.
You both really made my day and spoiled me girls. I had a long happy dance =)

Poupées Chinoises

Je devais venir plus tôt , mais le weekend a été (super agréablement) chargé, au moins le samedi, et puis ...haaaa nous voilà déjà en octobre !!
Le temps passe trop vite !
Le soleil est encore un peu avec nous et nous avons de belles journées d'automne....
même si les projets de croix font penser que Noël sera très vite là et qu'il faut se préparer pour être dans les temps =D

Tout d'abord, un cadeau, hé oui, encore =D
J'ai reçu hier une enveloppe...d'Italie !!!
Une surprise totale , et c'est Giovanna qui m'a fait plaisir  =D
Giovanna s'est rendue à un salon elle aussi,  et elle a pensé à moi là bas....

Elle m'a envoyé des cartes postales de dessins de Laura, de Passione Ricamo (l'instigatrice de notre SAL mystère =D) , une photo avec un très gentil mot de l'endroit où se déroulait le salon, des grilles sous forme de cartes de Renato Parolin et un très joli dé à coudre en bois =D
J'ai encore été gâtée !!

Parlons petite croix maintenant
J'avais encore en réserve ce que j'avais fait pour l'anniversaire de Rita avant de partir en vacances.
Rita est une grande fan des Kokeshi, Kimmidoll et autres poupées japonaises ou chinoises alors j'ai choisi de lui en broder 3 =D

J'avoue que quand je les ai commencée je ne pensais pas qu'elles seraient si grandes =)
Moi qui voulais faire un petit coussin avec !
C'était chose impossible
J'ai pris l'option trousse....
Ma toute première fermeture éclair !!!! =D
J'ai un peu fait n'importe quoi au début mais quand on a compris le truc, ça va tout seul !
Je l'ai doublée et j'ai mis de la ouatine entre les 2 comme ça elle se tenait mieux et était beaucoup plus agréable molletonnée =D
Et puis j'ai ajouté un petit  porte clefs Kokeshi

Rita a beaucoup, très beaucoup, vraiment très beaucoup aimé mon cadeau d'anniversaire ( d'après le mail qu'elle m'a fait =D) et je suis très contente de lui avoir envoyé un peu de sourire et d'amitié , car elle a perdu son grand père le jour même de son anniversaire =(

Je ne suis pas en avance encore dans mes croix, j'ai pris du retard il y a quelques semaines et il s'en est accumulé encore plus !
La 4ème partie de la SAL mystère est arrivée et je n'ai même pas fait la troisième !!!
Mais Winnie est vraiment bientôt terminé  alors je vais pouvoir récupérer tout ce retard, du moins j'espère

Hello my sweet friends,

I was supposed to come here earlier, but the weekend was full of activities with the family...and ...
ho my ! we're already in October !
Sun is staying with us for a while, and we have nice Autumn days...even if the needles are already singing Xmas !
We will soon be in December and I have to be ready

This little sweetheart form Italy went to an exhibition too and had a kind thinking for me...and she sent me gifts =D

This is what I made for Rita. It was a birthday beginning of September, and I made her this 'little' pouch before leaving (indeed, I have been very busy before leaving =D)
Rita is a Kokeshi lover so I stitched 3 for her 
When I began stitching, I really thought these girls would be smaller...
I wanted to make a cushion first, but there were too big, so I decided to make a pouch =)

It's my first zip =D
Really, first time I make a pouch, first time I sew a zip 
I made twice a mistake (the same) but finally I succeeded and now I know how to sew zips, hehehehe
I'll make other pouches for sure !
In regards with the mail I received from Rita after she opened my parcel...I can say that she really loved my gift =D
I'm so happy to have send smile, friendship, love... to my sweet friend who was really sad at that period  ♥

So now, let's go and finish Winnie the Pooh ! 
I think that for the end of this week it will be OK 
I received part 4 of the mystery SAL but haven't started part 3 yet =(
late, late, late...definitely late =D
